WORK SETUP: Onsite – Taguig
WORK SCHEDULE: Day Shift (8 AM – 5 PM / 9 AM – 6 PM)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate / Lead Generation Specialist to offer HR and Payroll solutions to local companies in the Philippines. You will convert inquiries into sales, develop leads, and generate appointments with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer HR and Payroll systems to local Philippine companies.
Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities.
Develop leads and referrals into sales achievements.
Generate appointments with qualified prospects.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree holder (Marketing/Business Management is an advantage).
Minimum 2 years experience in lead generation from sales and marketing campaigns.
Experience in B2B sales and marketing (plus factor).
Excellent customer relationship skills.
Experience in telesales/cold calling (advantage).
Experience in Payroll Solutions/HR Services lead generation.
Proficient in MS Office and lead generation tools.
