URGENT HIRING: CANTONESE MULTILINGUAL CSR

Quezon City | Onsite

₱52K–₱130K+ Salary (Negotiable)

₱20,000 Sign-On Bonus + Incentives

Qualifications:

Fluent in Cantonese + working English
With or without BPO experience
Collections/O2C experience is an advantage
Willing to work onsite and shifting schedules
Must have valid authorization to work in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Provide support in Cantonese and English
Resolve billing, account, and service concerns
Maintain excellent customer experience and meet performance goals
