Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Work Schedule: Night Shift

Are you an experienced Capital Markets or Investment Banking Operations professional with expertise in Corporate Actions? Join a dynamic global financial operations team where you'll play a key role in safeguarding client assets, ensuring accurate trade processing, and supporting world-class investment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events throughout the complete event lifecycle.

Ensure accurate calculation of client entitlements, payments, and corporate action processing.

Monitor, investigate, and resolve corporate action breaks, exceptions, and settlement issues.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for corporate actions, asset servicing, and market practices.

Support institutional and Prime Brokerage clients by ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.

Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Trade Support, Custodians, Oversight teams, and external counterparties.

Monitor exception queues and ensure all outstanding items are resolved within service timelines.

Participate in process improvements, system enhancements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and documentation updates.

Support audit, compliance, risk, and operational control initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of Corporate Actions experience within a Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services environment.

Strong knowledge of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions and end-to-end event lifecycle processing.

Experience in trade settlements, asset servicing, entitlement calculations, and reconciliation.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting strict operational deadlines.

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across global teams.

Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig on a night shift schedule.
