Job Responsibilities:

Research and resolve customer problems while delivering accurate solutions.

Provide excellent customer experience in line with service standards.

Handle 60–70 emails daily, using both templates and long-form responses.

Consistently meet performance metrics and targets.
-
Escalate potential issues in a timely and professional manner.
-
Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional team environment.

Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
-
Nationality: Filipino or Foreigner (must hold SRRV or Marriage Visa if foreigner)

Education: At least High School graduate

Language Skills:
-
Fluent in English (B2 level – read, write, speak)
-
Fluent in Japanese (read, write, speak)
-

Typing Requirement: Minimum 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
-
Assessments:
-
SVAR: 59 B2 (Listening & Speaking)
-
Write X: 65 B2 (Email Writing)
