Job Title: CIS Functional Support

Location: Parañaque (Hybrid – 3 days onsite at Zuellig Office)

Shift: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Experience: 4–7 Years

Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary

We are looking for a CIS Functional Support Analyst to analyze, design, test, implement, and support system integrations between SAP and client systems. The role involves ensuring seamless data flow, troubleshooting interface issues, and collaborating with internal teams and clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business and integration requirements.

Design and map interfaces between SAP and client systems.

Develop and execute test scripts for SIT, UAT, regression, and functional testing.

Support interface deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live activities.

Monitor interface performance and recommend improvements.

Work closely with business users, developers, and clients to deliver integration solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4–7 years of experience in SAP integration, interface support, or functional analysis.

Hands-on experience with SAP SD, MM, and EWM.

Knowledge of interface formats such as IDOC, XML, X12, EDIFACT, CSV, and Excel.

Experience with SFTP, API, SAP CPI, and other file transfer protocols.

Strong understanding of SAP tables, BAPIs, testing (SIT/UAT), and business processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Tools

SAP ERP/ECC HANA, SAP EWM HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, HeidiSQL, FileZilla, CDATA Arc, VisualCron, EZDetach, and Notepad++.
