Clinical Team Manager | Healthcare

Location: Onsite, Alphaland

Compensation: Open Salary (Competitive and based on experience)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and clinical-focused Clinical Team Manager to lead our healthcare operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring high-quality clinical output, and optimizing processes within a U.S. Healthcare BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Manage a clinical team and their collective output, ensuring excellence in BPO operations such as Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), Appeals, or Triage.
Performance Governance: Drive performance management through active coaching, operational analytics, and the use of reporting dashboards to meet client KPIs.
Clinical Oversight: Apply a deep understanding of MCG/Milliman, InterQual, CMS guidelines, and HIPAA to maintain rigorous clinical standards and medical terminology accuracy.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for client management, delivering strategic decision-making and process optimization insights.

Required Qualifications

Licensure: An active and unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license.
Clinical Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of clinical bedside experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, or acute care).
Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience specifically within U.S. Healthcare Clinical BPO operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in operational dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive strategic improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

Scale: Experience managing multi-site or large-scale healthcare operations.
Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of ICD/CPT coding, healthcare auditing, or Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI).
Certifications: Professional certifications in Leadership, Project Management, or Healthcare Quality are an advantage.
