Handle inbound/outbound calls for a Collection account. Assist customers with payment arrangements, overdue accounts, and dispute resolution. Meet recovery and quality targets.
*Qualifications:*
- Minimum 1 Year BPO experience in a Collection account required
- At least High School Graduate
- Good English communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to work shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
*Benefits:* Up to Php 37,000 salary package, HMO, performance incentives, paid training, career growth
