HIRING: Contracting Counsel – Associate Manager

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review & negotiate MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, SaaS, licensing, outsourcing & data agreements
• Advise on legal, commercial & contracting risks
• Lead client negotiations and support deal structuring
• Handle IP & Data Privacy matters
• Partner with senior legal counsel and business leaders
• Manage high-volume transactions with strong autonomy

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• Practicing lawyer in the Philippines
• 4+ years relevant legal/contracting experience
• Technology-based agreement negotiation experience
• 2+ years preferred in IP & Data Privacy negotiations
• Strong negotiation, communication & executive presence
• Background in digital, consulting, SI or outsourcing preferred

Open to candidates currently in the Philippines with valid work authorization.
