We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to support a Corporate Travel account. The role is responsible for assisting business travelers with travel reservations, itinerary management, booking modifications, and travel-related inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies.

Qualifications
High School Graduate or higher.
Minimum of 3 years of Corporate Travel experience is required.
Strong knowledge of travel booking processes, reservations, and itinerary management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City on a shifting schedule.
