Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder

• 3+ years relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365

• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, JSON, jQuery, and asynchronous programming

• Experience with CRM integrations, SSRS reports, Azure tools, and Power Automate

• Familiarity with Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Agile development experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance CRM solutions using Dynamics 365

• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions

• Handle customizations, integrations, defect fixes, and feature enhancements

• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead development initiatives

• Ensure timely delivery of solutions in a fast-paced environment
