Location: Wipro Cebu - 100% Onsite | Work Setup: Shifting / Onsite

*ABOUT THE ROLE:*

We are hiring *Customer Service Representatives for our Airlines Account at Wipro Cebu!* This is an onsite role for candidates with excellent English communication skills who are passionate about travel and customer service.

*JOB DETAILS:*

Role: CSR for Airlines Account - Travel Support

Location: Wipro Cebu - 100% Onsite

Work Setup: Shifting / Onsite - Cebu Site

- Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and general inquiries

- Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism

- Resolve issues efficiently and accurately document customer interactions

- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

- Meet targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

*WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*

*Option 1:*

College Graduate - with or without BPO experience - with C1 level English - excellent communication skills, close to Standard American English accent

*Option 2:*

Completed at least 2nd year in college with no failing subjects + at least 6 months BPO experience + good to excellent English communication skills

*Additional Requirements:*

- Willing to work 100% onsite in Wipro Cebu

- Willing to be assigned to an Airlines account
