WE ARE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (BPO – FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS)**
Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite)
Hiring Process: Phone Interview | Virtual Interview
Looking to grow your career in the BPO industry? We are urgently hiring experienced CSRs for multiple financial-related accounts. If you have solid experience and complete requirements, this is your chance to land a high-paying role
OPEN POSITIONS & SALARY RANGE
Collections CSR – Up to ₱38,000
Fraud CSR– Up to ₱35,000
Financial CSR– Up to ₱30,000
Utilities CSR (Sales/Support) – Up to ₱31,000
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
Resolve customer concerns related to financial accounts (billing, disputes, fraud, collections, etc.)
Provide accurate information and maintain high customer satisfaction
Meet KPIs such as quality, productivity, and attendance
Document all interactions in the system properly
REQUIREMENTS
Completed at least 2nd year college up to graduates
No back subjects
Must have ready documents:
TOR
College Diploma (for graduates)
COE
