Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer concerns via phone, chat, or email
Assist customers with billing, technical support, account inquiries, and service concerns
Deliver outstanding customer experience
Update and maintain accurate customer records
Meet productivity and quality performance standards
Qualifications:
At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
With or without BPO experience
Excellent English communication skills
Customer-focused and willing to learn
Open to onsite and shifting schedules
