SALARY: Up to ₱28,000
Job Summary
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support an Insurance Brokerage account. The role involves handling customer inquiries, policy-related concerns, billing questions, and providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with insurance and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with policy information, coverage inquiries, and account updates.
- Resolve billing, payment, and premium-related concerns.
- Process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service level expectations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate with at least 3 months of BPO experience; OR
- Completed at least 2 years of college with a minimum of 2 years BPO experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
