Location: Teleperformance Alphaland, Makati

Work Setup: Onsite

Open Positions

1. TELCO ACCOUNT

- At least 6 months Call Center Experience

- High School / Senior High School Graduate

- Salary: ₱22,500

2. BFSI ACCOUNT

- At least 12 months of Financial Experience

- High School / Senior High School Graduate

- Salary: ₱30,000

General Qualifications

- Good communication skills in English

- Willing to work onsite in Alphaland, Makati

- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

- Customer service oriented and target driven

What You’ll Do

- Handle customer inquiries via voice, chat, or email

- For Telco: Provide support for service, billing, and technical concerns

- For BFSI: Assist with financial products, account inquiries, and transactions

- Meet quality and performance targets

- Work with a supportive and diverse team
