We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Customer Care team. In this role, you will assist customers with general inquiries, account concerns, and technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service. Training will be provided, making this role ideal for applicants with no previous experience.
Responsibilities
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues when needed.
• Provide accurate information and solutions.
• Document customer interactions.
• Meet service quality and productivity targets.
Qualifications
• At least 18 years old.
• Senior High School Graduate or higher.
• Good English communication skills.
• No BPO experience required.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
