Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service, build positive customer relationships, and ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Excellent English communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules
