Job Title: CRM Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Work Setup: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite, Quezon City | Remaining days WFH)

Shift: Night Shift / Graveyard

We are seeking an experienced CRM Lead to drive the development, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role is ideal for a highly technical professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering scalable CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and recommend best practices.
Oversee system enhancements, integrations, defect resolution, and minor project delivery.
Drive CRM customization and configuration using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.
Manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Azure services.
Provide technical leadership to developers and guide offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure quality, scalability, and performance of CRM applications while adhering to Agile development practices.
Identify system improvements and implement innovative, user-focused solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and development.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps).
Familiarity with Azure technologies, integrations, and CRM reporting (SSRS).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading development teams in a global or cross-functional environment is preferred
