We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Requirements:

* Minimum of a High School/Senior High School qualification

* Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

* Professional attitude and strong customer focus

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information

* Assist customers with their requests and concerns

* Maintain a professional and positive customer experience

* Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary

* Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures
