*Work Setup:* 100% Onsite

*Schedule:* Shifting Schedule

*Salary:* Up to PHP 24,000 Max Package

*JOB DESCRIPTION:*

We are looking for CSR Agents to join Cognizant at Giga Bridgetowne. You will be handling inbound and outbound customer service calls while delivering excellent customer experience.

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

1. College Graduate of any 4 year course

2. Must have 6 to 17 months BPO Voice Experience only

3. Excellent communication skills in English

4. Willing to work Onsite in Giga Bridgetowne, QC or Taguig

5. Willing to work on a Shifting Schedule
