NOW HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FINANCIAL | INSURANCE | AIRLINE ACCOUNTS)

Work Setup: Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Shifting (Including Weekends & Holidays)

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Financial, Insurance, and Airline Accounts. If you have at least 6 months of BPO experience and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply!

Qualifications

- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12)

- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience (Voice Account preferred)

- Excellent English communication skills

- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

- Computer literate with basic navigation skills

- Willing to work onsite and on a rotating schedule

- Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound voice support.

- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, policy information, claims processing, reservations, ticket changes, flight schedules, payment concerns, and other account-related requests depending on the assigned line of business.

- Provide accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.

- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.

- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals.

- Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting Financial, Insurance, or Airline/Travel accounts is an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexible, dependable, and customer-focused.

- Willing to learn new processes and continuously improve performance.
