*Job Description*

Join Sagility Bohol for our *Healthcare Account*. You will be providing excellent customer service to US members while meeting quality and productivity targets.

*Qualifications*

- *Option 1:* College Graduate with at least *6 months BPO experience*

- *Option 2:* SHS Graduate / College Undergraduate with at least *1 year BPO experience*

- Good customer service orientation

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good analytical skills

- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing

- Willing to work in *shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays*

- Willing to work *onsite*

*Salary Package*

*For candidates with 6 months BPO experience:*

- *Basic Salary:* ₱14,000

- *Account Premium Allowance:* ₱2,000

- *Flex Fund Allowance:* ₱1,000 [upon hire]

*For candidates with 1 year BPO experience:*

- *Basic Salary:* ₱17,000

- *Account Premium Allowance:* ₱2,000

- *Flex Fund Allowance:* ₱1,000 [upon hire]

Benefits

- *Night Differential:* 20%

- *HMO:* Coverage starting on Day 1

- *HMO for 1 Dependent:* Upon regularization
