Position: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist patients regarding healthcare benefits and coverage

• Answer appointment and medical billing inquiries

• Provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism

• Handle customer concerns through calls or chat support

Qualifications:

• HS/SHS Graduate

• Basic English communication skills

• Computer literate

• Willing to work on-site
