Join our growing Customer Service team and provide exceptional support to customers through inbound and outbound calls. Help resolve account, billing, product, and service-related concerns while delivering a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with account, billing, product, and service-related inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions based on company guidelines.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
• High School/Senior High School Graduate or higher.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Customer service or voice support experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
