Customer Service Representative – Banking Voice Account

Join our growing Banking Customer Service Team and build a rewarding career in the BPO industry!

We're looking for customer-focused individuals who are passionate about helping customers and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

- Open to High School, Senior High School, and College graduates

- At least 6 months of BPO voice experience is required

- Willing to work onsite in Makati City

- Good English communication and problem-solving skills

- Able to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

- Not for ex -employee of CNX!!

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries for banking products and services

- Assist customers with account concerns, transactions, and general requests

- Resolve issues efficiently while providing exceptional customer service

- Maintain accurate customer records and comply with banking policies

- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
