Role: Customer Success Manager Japanese
Work Set Up: Work From Home
Salary Package: 145,000 - 150,000
Start Date: 31-Jul
Language Proficiency:
• Japanese - JLPT N1
• English – B2
Minimum Skill Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years B2B/Account Management experience
• Account Management Experience
• Experience providing multi-channel support preferred (phone, chat, email, web, etc.)
• Able to manage own accounts through video conferencing and emails, etc
• Knowledgeable in CRM tools (preferred)
