Key Responsibilities
• Answer inbound customer calls.
• Resolve account and service-related concerns.
• Process customer requests accurately.
• Update customer information.
• Maintain professionalism during every interaction.
Qualifications
• At least Senior High School Graduate.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
