Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu City)

Role Summary

Design, develop, and maintain data solutions supporting data generation, collection, transformation, and processing. Responsible for building efficient data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across various systems.

Experience Requirements

7+ years overall IT experience

3+ years hands-on experience in Data Modeling

Technical Expertise

Must-Have Skills

Strong data modeling experience in Dimensional Modeling, 3NF modeling, or NoSQL database modeling

Experience in at least one Cloud Database design project

Familiarity with Modern Data Platforms

Hands-on involvement in data transformation, analytics projects, and data warehouse concepts

Ability to drive database design across all stages of the modeling lifecycle

Proficiency in a leading Data Modeling tool: Erwin, ER Studio, or equivalent

Good-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of Data Vault, Graph Database Modeling, RDF, Document DB Modeling, Ontology, or Semantic Data Modeling

Understanding of cloud analytics, data lake design, cloud data engineering, and cloud integration

Awareness of data architecture principles

Professional Competencies

Strong skills in requirement analysis and technical solution design for data and analytics

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Strong client-facing and interpersonal abilities

Commitment to continuous learning and skills development

Educational Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E., B.Tech, or equivalent)

Minimum of 5 years industry experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead client discussions to analyze business requirements and develop fitting data models

Facilitate discovery sessions and design workshops with stakeholders

Produce Data Modeling deliverables and manage sign-off processes

Contribute to solution blueprinting, project scoping, and estimation activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
