Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Power BI. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME), guiding cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-performance data architectures that drive business intelligence and informed decision-making.

You will be responsible for end-to-end data solution delivery—from architecture and modeling to deployment and support—ensuring alignment with business goals, technical standards, and best practices in data governance and integration.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Power BI.

Act as a technical lead and SME, providing guidance on data architecture, integration, and BI strategy.

Collaborate with development, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable data models and reporting solutions.

Oversee data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and visualization development.

Ensure solutions comply with data security, governance, and performance standards.

Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentorship, and adoption of best practices across teams.

Monitor project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure high-quality solution deployment.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data practices and tooling.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Azure.

Proven track record as a Data Architect, BI Developer, or Solution Architect in enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and dashboard development.

Ability to lead technical teams, make architecture decisions, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Based in the Philippines with the right to work locally.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with SAP DSP or similar data platforms.

Background in integration design, system administration, or UX/data visualization optimization.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
