Location: Cebu City

Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite during probationary period)

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Weekends Off

Salary: Up to ₱42,000 package

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in BPO environments, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex datasets to generate insights
Utilize advanced Excel functions for reporting and data management
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives

Qualifications

College Graduate
4–5 years of BPO experience
Strong technical and numerical skills, especially in Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Able to work independently and within a team
Knowledge of data tools is an advantage
Stable employment history (not a job hopper)
