Position: Disputes Specialist - International Consumer Banking

Location: Onsite

What you'll do:

Handle card transaction-related disputes and ensure accurate chargeback processing. Be the go-to person for non-fraud disputes, support customers via phone and chat, resolve conflicts, and conduct thorough research while following regulatory practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support chargeback processing and oversee the entire chargeback cycle

- Assist teams with non-fraud dispute inquiries

- Serve as primary contact for card non-fraud disputes

- Prioritize customer needs and manage expectations

- Document account activities and communicate clearly

- Make timely, sound decisions for customer benefit

Qualifications:

- Completed at least 2 years in college

- Experience investigating/reviewing credit card disputes

- Experience processing chargebacks

- Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office

- Willing to work rotating shifts and support customers via phone + chat

- Knowledge of Transaction Investigator, Fraud & Risk Programs, Consumer Credit Act is a plus
