Roles and Responsibilities

● As a Healthcare Representative, you will answer call and inquiries of customers in accordance with standard policies and procedure

● Interact with the customers to provide them with the information and assistance they need on our client’s products and services over the phone.

● Provide excellent customer service by focusing on providing a great experience

Job Qualifications

● HS/SHS/ Grads or 2nd year in College completed | with at least 1 year experience in International Voice Account

● Fresh Graduates/4yr course graduate with or without BPO experience

● Good English communications skills

● Strong customer orientation skills
