HIRING: Finance & Admin Senior Consultant
Work Setup: Hybrid – McKinley Hills, Taguig (2–3x/week onsite)
Work Schedule: Mid-Shift
Headcount: 1
Salary Range:
-
₱28,000 – ₱30,000 (for 3+ years experience)
-
₱24,000 – ₱27,000 (for 1–2 years relevant experience only)
Non-Negotiable Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
-
Minimum 2 years experience in Finance Administration & Reporting
-
Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
-
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-
Excellent communication skills in English
-
Must be amenable to hybrid work in Taguig
-
Must NOT be current/former CGI employee or with active CGI application
-
No frequent job-hopping (stable employment history required)
-
Must commit to stay in the project for at least 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and ad hoc requests

Act as a senior member coaching and mentoring junior staff

Support project teams with efficiency, reporting, and compliance

Assist in developing and improving processes, tools, and documentation

Ensure project alignment with business strategies

Maintain and update work instructions/OPMs
