LOCATION: Onsite, Manila/Taguig

WORK SETUP: Shifting Schedule

Role Overview:
Act as a software detective to identify and solve issues within critical business systems. You will be the SME ensuring the smooth functioning of multiple system components.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, collaborate, and lead team decisions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across multiple teams.
Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Expert Proficiency: Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) – Mandatory (3+ years).
Strong understanding of application support, DevOps, and cloud computing.
Experience with containerization, system logs, and performance metrics.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in GKE.
Must be based in the Philippines with the right to work.
