We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Healthcare Account as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, provide accurate information about services, and ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication and problem-solving.
You will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, address concerns related to healthcare services, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to healthcare services via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about benefits, coverage, billing, and healthcare services
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Document customer interactions in the system
Follow company policies and healthcare compliance standards
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
