We're seeking a Healthcare Consultant for voice-based support in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with healthcare inquiries via voice.
Help in the claims processing and documentation.
Provide professional healthcare solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
PRC Licensed Nurse.
At least 1 year of clinical experience.
Work Setup:
Onsite training at MOA for 4-6 weeks, followed by WFH.
