NOW HIRING: HEALTHCARE BPO REPRESENTATIVE
Account: Healthcare
Industry: BPO / Customer Service
Work Setup: Onsite pasay
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: Fixed Weekends Off
Salary: Up to ₱24,000 package

QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- At least 1 year of international voice BPO experience
- Strong English communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on a night shift
- Must be comfortable handling healthcare-related customer concerns
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound customer calls for a healthcare account
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and account concerns
- Provide accurate and professional information
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Follow company policies, healthcare account procedures, and quality standards
- Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction
