We're looking for fluent Vietnamese speakers who can handle professional client conversations, understand complex discussions, and work with English-based systems. No collections/O2C experience? No problem – we'll train you!
What You Need:
Fluent & Spontaneous Vietnamese – can speak naturally and professionally in any situation
Can handle complex conversations + read between the lines (implied meanings are key!)
English proficiency – for training and internal systems
Professional attitude and willingness to learn O2C/collections
Must already have the right to work in the PH – no visa sponsorship available
Bonus Points If You Have:
Collections experience
Order-to-Cash (O2C) knowledge
