HIRING: INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Location: Taguig
Work Setup: Onsite
Salary: Up to ₱45,000
Start Dates: September 1 & 22
Qualifications:
• College graduate with at least 12 months BPO experience, OR
• Completed at least 2 years in college with 18 months BPO experience
• Must have experience in Non-Life Insurance, particularly Property & Casualty, Home, or Auto Insurance
• Experience in insurance brokerage, policy servicing, billing, or carrier coordination is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig
Key Responsibilities:
• Policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and carrier coordination
• Billing, premium, and receivables management
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound insurance-related inquiries
• Coordinate with clients, agents, and insurance carriers
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
