Drive Long-Term Customer Success
Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated Retention Specialist to manage renewals and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are an expert at building client loyalty and navigating complex retention cycles, we want you on our team.
Key Requirements:
* Education: College Graduate.
* Experience: At least 2 years in renewals, retention, or inside sales.
* Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
