Urgent Hiring – HR Application Consultant (UKG Ready HR Module Implementation)
Location: Cebu City
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Shifting schedule depending on project/client requirements
Salary Range: 45K – 150K (Confidential)
We are looking for experienced HR Application Consultants with expertise in implementing HR modules such as:
Core HR
Performance Management
Benefits Administration
Talent Acquisition
Compensation Management
Other HRIS Modules
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of HR modules aligned with business requirements
Collaborate with clients and internal teams for seamless integration and deployment
Configure, test, and support HR systems implementation
Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience implementing HR modules or similar platforms
Experience in HR-IT and SaaS implementations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in system configuration and customization
Knowledge of HR implementation best practices
Additional Requirements: Applicants must currently be in the Philippines with valid work rights
Must have no recent or active application with a leading global consulting firm
Stable employment history preferred
