HR Payroll Team Lead

Location: Taguig City, Philippines (Onsite)
Shift: Day Shift

We are hiring an experienced HR Payroll Team Lead to oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensure payroll accuracy and compliance, and lead a high-performing payroll team. The role involves managing payroll processing, reviewing payroll calculations, supporting audits, resolving payroll issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
- Minimum 3 years of team lead or supervisory experience in payroll.
- Hands-on experience using SAP for payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and statutory contributions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Must be available to work onsite in Taguig City.
