HR Service Now Application Specialist

Location: Quezon City (Eton Centris)
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days Work From Home | 3 Days Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR ServiceNow Application Specialist to support and enhance Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions using the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable HR technology solutions, improve system performance, and drive automation initiatives that enhance employee and business experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions and related applications.
Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Catalog Development.
Develop and maintain automated testing using Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Build, test, and support API integrations with enterprise applications.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities using Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with multiple product teams to deliver new features and system enhancements.
Develop documentation, technical standards, and best practices.
Support platform governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
Ensure high-quality application performance, security, and user experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow application development or support.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
Knowledge of Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Catalog Development, API Integration, and Deployment.
Experience with Azure Fundamentals and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and test automation.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules is an advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Stable employment history preferred.
