Hiring: Infor M3 Mid-Level SCM Consultant

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Mid-Level SCM Consultant to join our ERP Application Management Services (AMS) team. The role focuses on functional support, system maintenance, and process optimization across Infor M3 SCM modules in a global support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for Infor M3 SCM modules
Manage incidents, service requests, and changes within SLA
Perform root cause analysis and functional troubleshooting
Execute system configuration, testing, and process improvements
Support procurement, inventory, and order fulfillment processes
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data issues
Maintain documentation (SOPs, functional specs, training materials)
Train and mentor junior consultants
Non-Negotiable Requirements
4–7 years hands-on experience with Infor M3 SCM
Strong supply chain process knowledge
Proven experience in AMS / application support
Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar tools
ITIL-based service delivery experience (ITIL Foundation is a plus)
Exposure to global or 24x7 AMS environments
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
Experience with Infor M3 CloudSuite (CE) is an advantage
