Role Overview:
The Insurance Customer Relations Associate will focus on building and maintaining positive customer relationships while addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information about insurance products and services
- Assist with customer claims and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
Salary: PHP 19,200–31,700 based on experience
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- 2 years completed in college
- Excellent verbal and written communication
