Japanese Bilingual - Voice Account

Work Location: Eastwood, Quezon City (Onsite)
Shift: Rotational/Shifting Schedule
Salary Package: Up to ₱121,000 per month
Start Date: July 19, 2026

About the Role

We are looking for Japanese Bilingual Voice Associates to join our Advertising Search Engines account. If you have strong Japanese communication skills and customer service experience, this is a great opportunity to build your career with a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Japanese and English.
Provide accurate and timely support to customers.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

Native and non-native Japanese speakers are welcome to apply.
Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
English proficiency: CEFR B1.
Must have at least 6 months of call center experience.
Minimum 6 months of Japanese voice account experience or business-level Japanese voice experience.

Preferred Qualifications

JLPT N1 or N2 certification is preferred for local/non-native candidates but may be waived for candidates with more than 1 year of Japanese voice experience.
Native Japanese candidates are not required to have prior work experience.
Candidates without Japanese voice account experience may still be considered if they possess Japanese proficiency close to JLPT N1.
