Job Description

We are hiring a Japanese Bilingual Voice Associate to support an Advertising Search Engine account. The ideal candidate should possess strong Japanese communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to handle voice-based interactions while delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Japanese.
Provide support for advertising search engine products and services.
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.

Required Skills

Business-level Japanese language proficiency (Native or Non-native).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
Minimum 6 months of Japanese voice account or business-level Japanese voice experience.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a shifting schedule and onsite environment.
Good computer navigation and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
CEFR B1 English proficiency.
JLPT N1/N2 is preferred for non-native speakers.
Native Japanese speakers are welcome to apply.

Work Location: Eastwood, Quezon City (Onsite).
Shifting Schedule.
Former Teleperformance (TP) employees are not eligible for rehire.
