Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of solid experience using any major GDS platform (Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan).
Work Setup: Must be willing and ready to work on-site.
Skills: Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation.

Core Responsibilities

Handle flight bookings, ticket re-issuances, hotel reservations, and cancellations using GDS.
Provide accurate and efficient travel solutions to customers.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving travel-related inquiries professionally.
