URGENT HIRING: Khmer Multilingual Customer Service | ₱113K + ₱20K Sign-On Bonus!
Work Setup: Onsite – Quezon City
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Salary: ₱60,946 – ₱113,346 (Negotiable)
Sign-On Bonus: ₱20,000 + Incentives

Qualifications
- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
- Fluent and spontaneous in Khmer
- Able to communicate professionally in Khmer
- Working knowledge of English is required
- Comfortable handling complex customer conversations
- Collections experience is highly preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is an advantage
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa
- Temporary Resident Visa holders may also be considered for non-Filipino applicants
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting/night schedules
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent multilingual customer service
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Communicate effectively in Khmer and English
- Support business and operational requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
