Qualifications:

    Licensure: Active USRN and PHRN licenses.

    Experience:

        Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or SME role, either in a hospital bedside setting or BPO environment (specifically with Utilization Management/Utilization Review accounts).

    Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and compliance knowledge within healthcare management.

Job Description:

As the Lead Associate - Operations, you will oversee a team of 15+ clinical staff with various licenses and educational backgrounds. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant operations and exceptional customer service within the healthcare campaign.

Responsibilities:

    Team Supervision: Lead and coach a diverse team to meet performance targets; manage day-to-day operations, and provide constructive feedback to staff.

    Customer & Employee Communication: Address inquiries promptly and ensure positive interaction related to products and services.

    Compliance and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the compliance department on investigations, maintain familiarity with benefit management programs, and enforce standards.

    Performance Management: Track and evaluate team performance; conduct formal appraisals, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members.

    Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for technical and procedural issues; coach team members on effective resolution techniques.

    Disciplinary Actions: Implement disciplinary procedures and document actions as necessary.

    Reporting and Documentation: Send daily reports to AIS as required and serve as a back-up processor in business continuity situations.

    Self-Motivation: Independently manage multiple projects with shifting priorities, utilizing resources, policies, and procedures to meet deadlines effectively.
